Coffee Weekend 2025 will be held on July 5-6, 2025, at Blackwood St. Event Space (Meat Market) in Melbourne. The event runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
Admission is divided into three sessions:
① 10:00–12:30 ② 12:30–15:00 ③ 15:00–18:00
You can enter and stay during the session time indicated on your ticket.

The festival features: - Coffee tastings from over 30 coffee roasters from international and interstate Workshops by barista champions - Live music performances by Melbourne artists - Coffee Competitions (Community coffee champs held by ASCA) - Japanese food vendors offering food and drinks!|

The exhibitors will be the same throughout both days of the event, so no matter which session you attend, you'll be able to enjoy coffee from the same roasters.

We offer tiered ticket pricing:
Online tickets: $45 / At-the-door tickets: $50

Yes, tickets will be available at the door for $50, subject to capacity. However, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance ($45) to secure your entry and save money!

Each token gets you a cup of eilter coffee from your favourite roasters!  (If nine isn’t enough, extra tasting tokens are available for purchase)

A beautifully crafted ceramic cup designed by Loveramics for professional coffee tasting. The rim features two different shapes on each side, allowing you to experience the same coffee in unique ways. It’s durable, portable, and made to enhance aroma and flavour — perfect for coffee lovers on the go.

The tasting cup is not available for individual sale. A ticket purchase is required to receive the cup.

Yes, tickets are transferable. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, please contact our support team with your order number and the new attendee's details.

Unfortunately, no. Each ticket is only valid for the session time you selected at the time of purchase.You cannot attend multiple sessions with the same ticket.

The venue is easily accessible via: - Tram routes 19, 57, 58, and 59 - Street parking is available, but we recommend using public transport - Walking distance from Melbourne CBD

There is no parking available on site, but there is street parking around the venue. If you are coming by car, please make use of the street parking.

Re-entry is allowed as long as it’s within the time slot of your purchased ticket.

No, pets are not allowed inside the venue. Only certieied service animals are permitted

Children under 12 years old enter free when accompanied by a paying adult. All children must be supervised at all times.

No worries! Coffee Weekend is held in an indoor venue, so the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

You are welcome to bring your own cup. However, please note that all tasting samples will beserved in standardized portions based on using our official event cups to ensure consistency and fairness for all participants.

Yes, our food vendors will offer vegan options. Please ask vendors directly about specieic dietary requirements.

We only accept card payments at this event.

Please note that outside food and drinks, except water, are not permitted inside the venue.
